Rebuilding for God's Glory
"...and the glorious presence of the Lord filled the Temple." 2 Chronicles 7:1 NLT
This month we are rebuilding by sharing our faith. Take a moment to send a note of hope to a friend, family, or loved one encouraging them to trust the Lord in this time of uncertainty.
As we continue to stay prayerful it is our prayer that we remain thankful. Our testimony to the world is our attitude in the midst of our storms. Our attitude is gratitude.
”And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (TPT)
Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou [art] God.
Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
“Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant (watchful) in it with thanksgiving; meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word......”
Colossians 4:2-3 (NKJV)
Life’s cares many times can bog us down to the point we forget our mission as believers. Paul declares that our mission is to share the gospel, or “good news” of Jesus Christ.
